아리랑톡(이하 "서비스")을 운영하는 서철한(이하 "운영자")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
수집 방법: 회원가입 및 서비스 이용 과정에서 이용자가 직접 입력, 앱 이용 과정에서 자동 생성·수집
서비스는 다음 기기 권한을 이용자의 동의를 받아 사용합니다. 선택 권한은 허용하지 않아도 기본 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 다음 외부 서비스에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부 처리는 국외 서버에서 이루어집니다. 자동 번역을 위해 이용자가 보내는 메시지 텍스트가 외부 번역 서비스에 전송됩니다.

이전되는 항목: 메시지 텍스트, 언어 설정, 푸시 알림 토큰, 기기 정보. 이전 시점과 방법: 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 전송. 보유 기간: 각 수탁자의 정책에 따르며, 번역 요청 데이터는 번역 처리 후 즉시 처리 목적을 달성합니다.
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 별도로 동의한 경우, 또는 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요청한 경우에는 예외로 합니다. 대화 상대방에게는 서비스의 정상적인 이용을 위해 표시 이름, 프로필 사진, 메시지 내용이 보여집니다.
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 설정에서 자신의 개인정보를 조회·수정하거나 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제)를 할 수 있습니다. 또한 아래 연락처로 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다. 계정 삭제를 원하는 경우 앱 내 [설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제] 메뉴를 이용하거나 아래 이메일로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담이 필요한 경우 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 문의하실 수 있습니다.
이 방침의 내용이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.
Arirang Talk ("the Service") is operated by Cheolhan Seo ("the Operator").
Camera (optional) for profile photos and sending pictures; Photos/Storage (optional) for selecting and saving images; Microphone (optional) for converting your voice into text messages; Notifications (optional) for new message alerts. Core features work without optional permissions.
To translate messages automatically, the text of your messages is sent to Anthropic PBC (Claude API, United States). Service data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the Seoul region, Republic of Korea. Push notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (United States), and payments are processed by Google Play and the Apple App Store (United States). Data transferred: message text, language settings, push token, device information.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except with your separate consent or when required by law. Your display name, profile photo, and messages are visible to the people you chat with as part of the normal operation of the Service.
You can view and edit your information in the app settings at any time, and delete your account via [Settings > Account > Delete Account] or by emailing us. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below.
The Service is not intended for children under 14. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we will delete it promptly.
Passwords are stored using one-way encryption, data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS, server access is limited to the minimum necessary, and we apply security updates regularly.
