아리랑톡 계정 삭제 안내

아리랑톡(Arirang Talk) 계정은 앱 안에서 직접, 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다. 별도의 요청이나 대기 기간이 없습니다.

1. 앱에서 삭제하기

1. 아리랑톡을 열고 아래 탭에서 더보기를 누릅니다.
2. 맨 아래 계정 항목의 탈퇴하기를 누릅니다.
3. 비밀번호를 입력하고 확인하면 계정이 바로 삭제되고 앱에서 로그아웃됩니다.

2. 삭제되는 정보

아이디, 비밀번호, 이메일, 전화번호, 프로필(이름·사진), 가져온 연락처, 친구 관계, 차단 목록, 알림 구독 정보, 보유 아이템 정보, 오픈채팅에서 방마다 정한 닉네임·사진, 내가 방장인 오픈채팅 방에 올린 커버 사진은 즉시 삭제됩니다. 내가 방장이던 오픈채팅 방은 남은 참여자 중 가장 오래된 사람이 이어받습니다.

이미 보낸 메시지는 대화 상대의 대화 기록을 지키기 위해 "탈퇴한 사용자"로 익명 처리되어 남습니다. 번역 품질 개선에 쓰인 번역 원문·번역문은 계정과 연결되지 않은 형태로만 보관됩니다.

3. 앱에 들어갈 수 없을 때

비밀번호를 잊었거나 앱을 지운 경우에는 cheolhanseo@gmail.com으로 가입 아이디를 적어 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 같은 방식으로 삭제해 드립니다.

Arirang Talk — deleting your account

You can delete your Arirang Talk account yourself, inside the app, immediately. No request form and no waiting period.

1. In the app

1. Open Arirang Talk and tap More in the bottom bar.
2. Under Account at the bottom, tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm. The account is deleted at once and the app signs you out.

2. What is deleted

Your username, password, e-mail, phone number, profile (name and photo), imported contacts, friend list, block list, notification subscriptions, owned items, your per-room nicknames and pictures in open chats, and cover photos you uploaded to open-chat rooms you host are deleted immediately. An open-chat room you hosted passes to its longest-standing remaining member.

Messages you already sent stay in your chat partners' history under the anonymous name "Deleted user". Text used to improve translation quality is kept only in a form that is not linked to any account.

3. If you cannot open the app

If you forgot your password or removed the app, e-mail cheolhanseo@gmail.com with your username. After verifying it is you, we delete the account the same way within 7 days.
